Scholastic Book Orders

This year instead of sending home the Scholastic Book Club order forms, I have set up on-line ordering. Each month, your child will be able to order books from Scholastic Reading Club online. Together you can choose from books hand-selected by teachers and experts, and then order and pay online.  You may order from Scholastic Book Club at any time. I will submit orders at the end of the month. To order you can click on the Place Order link below and enter the activation code.  Please send me a note or email to let me know you have placed an order so that I can send it in.

Our classroom code is LDBMH

Hi! My name is Pamala Barnes. I have been a teacher here at Molino Park Elementary for sixteen years. I taught at Navy Point Elementary for sixteen years before coming here. I went to high school in Bay Minette, Alabama and I graduated from the University of South Alabama in Mobile. I have a BS in Elementary Education. I am certified to teach grades 1-6. I have taught grades 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.

I was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I was raised in Baldwin County Alabama. I am married to Wade Barnes and together, we have five children.  We live in Stockton, Alabama on the Tennsaw River on a houseboat.

Besides teaching and spending time with my family and friends, I also enjoy reading, fishing, and swimming. I am a member of Hamilton Baptist Church in Baldwin County.

I believe that children are the keys to our future and that we are all teachers in some way. We should expect great things from our children and encourage them to be ALL that they can be.
