Assistant Principal

I am very blessed to be a part of the MPE family!  I am a proud “product” of our Escambia County Public Schools.  I attended Beulah Elementary, Bellview Middle, and Pensacola High School as the first graduating class of the International Baccalaureate Program, where I earned the International Baccalaureate Diploma.

After graduating from the University of West Florida with a B.A. in Primary / Elementary Education, I spent many wonderful years as a classroom teacher at Jim Allen Elementary for KG, 1st and 3rd grades, followed by a resource position that included 1st, 2nd, and grades 3-5.  I earned my National Board Certification in Early Childhood Education in 2009 and then pursued my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership.  This led me to the path of Curriculum Coordinator at Longleaf Elementary and now to MPE as Assistant Principal.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to be an Eagle and I look forward to the relationships we will form and the student successes that we will achieve.  We are ALL in together!  Eagle Proud!
